Tierra Goes Green: Holistic Beauty

Five years ago, I came across a very helpful blog post about the importance of eliminating certain foods out of the diet, and how to transition into a vegan lifestyle. The blog belonged to Tierra Burrell, Founder of Tierra Goes Green. As a holistic health specialist, Tierra made such a big impact in the lives of others with her signature ‘Talks with Tierra,’ 10-day juicing plans, and other wellness programs. I’ve had the pleasure of seeing her evolve into one of the most dynamic figures in the holistic health space.

A few years ago, Tierra’s professional trajectory took her from the service-based industry into offering products. If you’ve ever seen a live picture of Tierra, you’d know that her skin is absolutely beautiful and has its own glow. Although it has taken me far too long to get on board with being plant based, I am thankful to be following someone who truly looks like what she eats. She shows that you can thrive via a plant based lifestyle. She also gives people the grace to be themselves without judgement. She is as candid as they come, but I respect that because so many people want to hide or ignore their truth. We are all a work in progress. But, how we show up in the world is important. Who we serve, how we serve, and the impact we have on others is what makes this world go round.
