I’m a firm believer that we should celebrate life every day (even count the smallest joys) in ways that connect to our minds, bodies, emotional banks, and spirit. As women, schedules get full and the overwhelm sets in, leaving us to forget how to prioritize our health, mindset, relationships, and sense of self-worth.
