Wednesday nights are going to get way more interesting with Tyler Perry’s new political drama The Oval and the drama filled series Sistas. What better way to celebrate new and exciting stories hitting our screens than to host a party!
On Tuesday evening, October 15, 2019, BET pulled out all the stops with a television premier party at the Pink Palace Museum in Memphis, Tennessee.
BET invited and welcomed many bloggers, influencers, and Memphians to celebrate Tyler Perry’s new series – Sistas and The Oval, both set to air on October 23rd.
DJ Devin Steele and DJ Big Sue keep the vibe at a high energetic level with their talented mix of sounds. The caterers floated around with mouthwatering, bite sized snacks like spicy spring rolls, sliders, and more. There were wine tables positioned around the venue where attendees could order their favorite wine or whiskey on the house.
The highlight of the night occurred when many of the cast members of Sistas and The Oval took the stage to introduce themselves and give everyone a bit of insight into their character. This segment also included a sneak peek reel provided by BET to spark our interests before the big October 23rd premiere. Attendees got a chance to mingle with cast members and take photos around the themed rooms at the Pink Palace Museum.
BET also gifted attendees with goodies on their way out the door. What a night!
