The men of the TKO TakeOver – Tracy Davis, Michael Suggs, and Terel Key, have done it again!! This time it was a bigger and better event!
Saturday, The TaKeOver hosted their annual Halloween Party at Side Street Grill in Memphis, TN. This marks this 6th year that the guys have thrown this epic party and I, for one was excited to attend. The event was nothing short of amazing and it was great to see everyone bring their A-Game with fun, outrageously on point costumes and an eagerness to have a great time.
I actually didn’t dress up this year (boo on me), but didn’t let that stop me from coming out and enjoying the festivities. This was actually my first year attending and although I’d seen photos from the previous years, I didn’t know what to expect as an out-of-costume attendee. Luckily, the hosts encouraged one and all to attend whether they had a costume or not!
Shout out to Wiley Brown of Wiley Brown Photography for being the official onsite photographer for the event and allowing me to share some of his best photos!
The TaKeOver Halloween event included an elaborate costume contests where every participant came out a winner in some way. The DJ Brother John and Suave made their mark while everyone ate, drank, danced, and mingled throughout the night. What I loved most about the event is the fact that there were so many creative costumes and people really got into ‘character.’ Who says Halloween fun is just for children!
Special thanks to the Side Street Grill team of bartenders, cooks, security, and the other partners who made the whole event possible. I have a feeling this event will keep getting better and better!
