  • Note: You can either click to pay with your PayPal account or press ‘Pay with Debit or Credit Card.’  If you are using a credit card, select the second option on the right (and pay as a guest). You do not need a PayPal account to pay with a credit card. 

  • Success! You have submitted a payment via the PayPal Portal.
